Urban Roots was founded in 2025 based on a simple observation: between what you have to handle personally and what large agencies or digital platforms deliver, there is often a considerable gap.
Whether it is a holiday property on a Croatian island, a journey with a pet or a boat trailer, support along the way or simply a safe arrival – there is rarely a reliable, personal point of contact for these things. That is exactly what Urban Roots wants to be.
Mathias Zeller lives in Munich and knows the Bavaria – Cres/Lošinj corridor from his own experience. At Urban Roots there is no call centre and no intermediaries. Leave us a message and we will call you back promptly: you speak directly with the person who reviews and accompanies your request.

What makes Urban Roots different
Urban Roots covers a corridor that has not existed in this form before: personal support and coordination between Bavaria and the Croatian islands of Cres and Lošinj.
